What We Offer

We design each class to fit the specific yacht you’re aboard. Before booking, we’ll ask for the yacht’s layout, and available space (e.g. sundeck, foredeck, salon). Based on that, we’ll suggest a safe maximum group size. Typically, we can comfortably accommodate 6–8 participants (or more, depending on yacht size).

Safety is paramount. Here’s how we ensure the fit: We perform a virtual or in-person walkthrough (if possible). We plan class layout accordingly (spacing mats, stability, avoiding edges). In cases of limited space, we may split into “waves” or staggered sessions. We always bring non-slip socks.

Yes! While we can typically extend our services beyond the yacht, some properties are not conducive for YP. Before a contract is accepted, we would need more information about the property. Generally you can request: Private sessions at homes or villas Beachside or deck sessions at a waterfront property

We offer classes for all levels , from beginner to advanced. Each session is modified as needed. Just let us know your group’s experience level beforehand, and we’ll tailor the workout accordingly.

Most yacht sessions are mat-based, using resistance bands, light props, or portable small equipment.

Depending on the vessel and sea conditions, classes may take place on: The sundeck or flybridge The foredeck An extended cockpit area Indoor salon/dining area (in case of rough weather) We’ll choose the most stable, shaded, and safe spot.

We always monitor forecasts. If conditions are too rough or unsafe, we’ll pivot ,either move the class indoors, reschedule, or replace it with a gentle stretching / mobility session.

Typical sessions last between 45 and 60 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down. For larger groups or multi-levels, we may offer shorter “express” classes (~30 minutes) or break into smaller groups.

We recommend booking at least 7–14 days in advance (or earlier for high-season charters) to confirm yacht compatibility, adjust layouts, and coordinate logistics.

Absolutely! We welcome guests, charter members, crew, or family. We can also offer brief “crew wellness” classes tailored to their schedule or spaces.

Yes, you can book single sessions or packages (e.g. 3, 5, or full-week wellness packages). We also offer custom packages combining Pilates, stretch, mobility, and meditation.
