1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in fitness activities aboard a yacht involves inherent maritime and physical risks, including but not limited to vessel motion, slick surfaces, weather exposure, sea conditions, sun, equipment use, and physical exertion. I voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen.

I affirm that I am in suitable physical condition to engage in moderate physical activity and that I have disclosed any relevant injuries or medical concerns to the instructor prior to participation.
I acknowledge that instructors are not medical professionals and that the Experience is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical advice.
3. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Experience organizer, yacht owner and operator, crew members, instructors, affiliates, contractors, agents, and sponsors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, or losses arising out of or connected to my participation, including those resulting from ordinary negligence.

Follow all instructions provided by instructors and crew.
-
Remain within designated yacht areas.
-
Wear suitable athletic attire.

Conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly at all times.
The organizer reserves the right to deny participation without refund for failure to comply with safety standards.
5. Weather & Maritime Conditions
For the safety and comfort of all guests, the Experience may be modified, postponed, relocated, or cancelled due to weather, sea state, mechanical concerns, or regulatory requirements. In such cases, guests may be offered rescheduling or experiential credit at the organizer’s discretion.
6. Cancellation & Arrival Policy
All reservations are final unless otherwise specified at time of purchase.
Late arrivals, early departures, or voluntary non-participation are not eligible for refunds or credits.
